At AuntFlo, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
